Downtown Kelowna

Located on the East shore of Okanagan Lake, downtown Kelowna offers a beautiful waterfront living experience, with amenities and attraction for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the easy access to hiking and biking at Knox Mountain Park, while families can appreciate walking through City Park, which features beaches, a children’s waterpark, and is the site of several Summer festivals. Home to Prospera Place, the cities arena and largest event center, as well as several smaller venues, entertainment is always only a short walk away.

While the downtown core provides easy access to day-to-day conveniences, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores and coffee shops, many of the world class wineries and golf courses that the Okanagan is known for are within 30 minutes drive, and in the winter the slopes of Big White Mountain Resort are only 45 minutes away.
